 Adult Ballet / Barre Conditioning Wednesdays, 5:15 – 6:15 pm. September 19 – December 12. Learn the fundamentals of ballet technique while achieving a strong, toned and sculpted physique. Studying ballet is one of the most effective and elegant ways of improving posture, grace, flexibility, and strength. Students will also explore artistry, musicality, and rhythm and discover the relevance of ballet in ALL movement. This is a perfect starter course if you’ve never taken a dance class before or want to get back in to ballet. Instructor: Alexandria Rodriguez. $90/student, $76.50/members or $12/drop-in. |
