 Join us for a moment of pause. A chance to pause our grief, our sadness, our pain, our worry, and come TOGETHER to listen, breathe and to HEAL. Sylvia Salcedo & Odessey Gade, of CB Wellness are intentionally offering this sound bath in hopes that it will help you to downshift and deescalate the intensity of these past few months and help you experience inner PEACE. When you settle into a Sound Bath you allow your brain waves to slow, shifting from a more active state to a more relaxed state, or even a dreamlike state. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry and self-discovery. The sound bath will last 45 minutes, after which your guides will stay around a bit to be with you and answer comments in chat. FREE, though space limited. In the theater—please bring your facemask, yoga mat, and anything you need to feel comfortable.
