 Come learn about hunger and food security within the Gunnison Valley. Representatives from Mountain Roots Food Project and Gunnison Country Food Pantry will be discussing why fresh and nutritious food is important, the history of hunger, and what current efforts are underway to help those in need and how you can help. This event is part of the Modern Homesteading Series, presented by the Gunnison Library on self-sufficiency topics taught by local experts for rural enthusiasts. It is free and open to all. Snacks are provided.
