 Mountain Folsom, a half hour documentary by local filmmaker and Western Colorado University professor Dr. Jack Lucido chronicles the archeology work of Dr. Mark Stiger on the top of Tenderfoot Mountain which has dramatically changed the field in recent decades. Archeological digs and research by Dr. Stiger and several of his field school students uncovered the prehistory of Folsom people living on the mountaintop 10,400 years ago. The Mountain Folsom documentary was funded through tower rents collected on Tenderfoot or as it is more frequently referred to, W Mountain. The library will screen this film on Thursday, April 4th at 7 pm. Filmmaker Jack Lucido will be present and available for Q&A after the film. View the film trailer here: https://vimeo.com/264800247
