 Friday, August 5, 5 - 8 pm. Concert on the Courtyard: Luke Linville Main Gallery: “Wilds: Grow Freely” Traveling Show A new traveling art show that will showcase artists from Buena Vista, Gunnison, and Salida. Twenty-five artists from each community will exhibit their art interpreting the theme: “Wilds: Grow Freely”. All art in the show will be for sale and sales will be handled online through the Chaffee Arts website. Experience the great creative talent of three rural communities coming together over a common theme. Discover new artists while supporting old favorites! Secondary Gallery: Tiny Treasures The GAC’s Annual Tiny Treasures gallery fundraiser is back in its 7th year. The Cafe Gallery will feature a plethora of tiny artwork about “Balance” on canvas, watercolor paper, tiny sculptures and more, all created by local novice and professional artists. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Gunnison Arts Center. The GAC will provide Tiny Canvases and Watercolor Paper. Turn all tiny work in by August 2. Contact Brieanna@gunnisonartscenter.org for more information.
