Seratones are a Shreveport, Louisiana–bred band led by powerhouse vocalist A.J. Haynes, known for fusing rock, soul, funk, R&B, and electronic textures into a sound that feels both fiercely modern and deeply rooted. Across their evolution, the group has built a reputation for pairing explosive musicianship with music that carries real emotional and cultural weight. Their third album, Love & Algorhythms, pushes that vision even further, channeling joy, liberation, Black feminist thought, and Afrofuturist influence into a bold, genre-blurring statement. The result is a band that feels equally at home delivering cathartic live energy and thoughtful, boundary-pushing recorded work.
