Free movie night! Join Mountain Roots and the community on Saturday, May 16th at the Majestic Theatre in Crested Butte for a screening of Food, Inc. 2, a powerful film exploring the future of our food system, corporate agriculture, and the urgent need to prioritize health over profit. After the film, stay for a discussion with a panel of local experts as we dive into the realities of our local food system and what a healthier, more resilient future could look like right here in the Gunnison Valley. Make it a dinner and a movie night. Eat at either The Secret Stash Pizza or The Gourmet Noodle before the show, let them know you're there for Mountain Roots, and a portion of your check will be donated to Mountain Roots to support local food access and community programs.
