Elemental Rhythm Breathwork is an active, rhythm-driven practice that moves you into your body, through your nervous system, and often into something that feels like grace. No experience needed — just willingness. We'll breathe together in a held, intentional space, and you may be surprised what opens. Ren is a certified ERBE faclitator.
