Back by popular demand, Embodied Creativity begins with gentle movement to release stress and settle the nervous system, then transitions into playful, improvisation-inspired thinking-on-your-feet activities that spark creativity, strengthen communication, and build confidence. No acting experience is needed. Just wear comfortable clothes and bring an open mind as you explore new ways of being present, connecting with others, and navigating life with greater ease, curiosity, and laughter.
