Please join the Escalante Family and friends in celebrating the beautiful life of Dan Escalante! Sunday, June 27th | 2 pm - 9 pm | I-Bar Ranch, Gunnison CO Schedule of Events: 2 - 4 pm - Celebration of Life Service with guest speakers and musicians. 4 - 5 pm - Appetizers & refreshments provided by the I Bar Ranch and Taqueria Nayarit. 5 - 7 pm- Music and storytelling; please bring your stories and songs to share hosted by Tyler Lucas. 7 - 9 pm- Dancing and bonfire hosted by DJ LLL. 9 pm - Overnight camping available. Food: Light appetizers and refreshments will be provided by the I Bar Ranch and Taqueria Nayarit. Full bar and grill menu available for purchase at the I Bar Ranch. Everyone is welcome to bring your own food and snacks into the venue. Venue Information: The I Bar Ranch is an outdoor family and kid-friendly venue with a shared barn space where the service will be held; please plan to dress for a range of weather. On-site hay meadow camping available. Water and bathrooms available 24/7. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the I Bar, however, no outside alcohol is allowed into the venue. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages to your campsite. No RV/Camper hook-ups. Dogs are allowed on a leash ONLY at your campsite, dogs are NOT allowed in the venue. This is a casual dress event and the ground is dirt and rocks so choose footwear carefully. Musicians and Volunteers Requested: Bring your stories and songs to share: Dan loved playing music with and for his friends, so let's honor him with our songs! If you're a musician, we would love to have you play a few songs during the music and storytelling section of the evening from 5 - 7 pm.
