Modern: In this class the students will be learning the Graham technique. The Graham technique was created by Martha Graham. This class will teach the students how to control their torso movements. The Graham technique is a very internal technique using the spiraling in the spine and the contraction and release of the pelvis and lower spine. This class will be predominantly floor base exercises since it is a beginner level, as summer unfolds there will be exercises standing up and moving across the floor.
