The Town of Crested Butte's Plastic Bag Ban Ordinance goes into effect September 1, 2018. Retail and wholesale establishments located in the Town of Crested Butte will no longer be permitted to issue disposable plastic bags for the purpose of transporting purchased goods out of the store. |
