 Join us for a sound healing session paired with shamanic journeying. This will be a guided practice that you can learn to connect with your guides and spirit allies to seek guidance, direction and teaching through the use of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, bells, and gong. For many, it is the basis of developing a Shamanic practice. Suggested props: Yoga mat, blanket, and eye covering. In collaboration with CB Wellness, a mind body spirit center where Western and Eastern healing practices encourage self healing and a deeper exploration into your health journey. Expand your approach to achieve holistic well-being through our services, such as massage, Thai therapies, Chinese medicine, acupuncture, sound medicine, energy work, spiritual cleansing. Dive deep into personal growth and mental wellness through a workshop or class, or explore ritual ceremonies for a wedding or event.
