Living Journeys’ For the Loved Ones Support Group offers a safe, confidential space for those who love and care for someone facing an illness or difficult struggle. This group is designed for individuals seeking support, understanding, and coping strategies as they navigate the challenges of being a caregiver or supporting a loved one through tough times. In each meeting, participants engage in open discussions about their experiences, emotions, and ways to cope with the ups and downs of supporting a loved one. Professional facilitators guide the conversation, helping foster a sense of community, promoting inclusion, and connecting individuals to helpful resources. The group offers emotional support and a space to grow stronger together during this challenging chapter.
