 Highlife plays heavyweight mountain soul music. A collection of jazz-funk and afrobeat covers as well as groove rock originals make up their setlist. Special guest Madeline Shugert on Alto Saxophone and Matt Shugert on Tenor Saxophone will add smooth licks and tasty solos over heavy hitting deep organic pockets. The local band consists of Paul Barney on trumpet, Dan Bostick on keyboards, Aaron Tomcak on lead guitar and vocals, Brian Schneider on Bass and vocals and Chris Penfield on drums.
