 Join mindfulness-based psychotherapist Ali Drucker as we shed the Year of the Wood Snake and step into the Year of the Fire Horse according to the Chinese Zodiac. There will be meditation, guided journaling, and group discussion to help you reflect on what you are ready to let go & where you are planning to direct your purpose and passion as we welcome the Lunar New Year. *Accessibility note: Ali Drucker Counseling's office is up a flight of stairs.
