This softer, intentional practice focuses on sustainable backbending, front body opening, nervous system regulation, and integration through breath, awareness, and deep rest. Offering: heart openers + backbend exploration thoracic + shoulder mobility mindful flow nervous system regulation meditation/journaling long savasana + sound Theme: Taking the practice off the mat and into life.
