This is a soulful, evidence-informed circle for women of all ages to go deep: understanding the rhythms and intelligence of your own hormonal landscape, what disrupts it, and what genuinely supports it. From your first cycle to post-menopause and every season in between, this conversation is for you. In these circles, we ask deep questions, share confidentially and sit in community with women who believe they deserve more than whispers. Open to women of all ages.
