 To support collective grief and honor the love behind our loss. To restore balance and tenderness to the nervous system. To ensure no one has to hold their emotion in isolation. The Format: We will sit in a circle. Through simple song and shared presence, we will take turns giving and receiving care. The Experience: You may be sung over and witnessed in your grief, or you may choose to offer your voice and quiet listening to others. Your Agency: You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right—singing, resting, or simply being. Participation is entirely consent-based.
