The 44th Annual Al Johnson Uphill/ Downhill Telemark Race honors the roots of skiing in Crested Butte, and benefits the Crested Butte Avalanche Center. "We Do It Every Day" NEW THIS SEASON!!! Help the Crested Butte Avalanche Center raise necessary funds to keep the forecasting going EVERY DAY, ALL WINTER LONG. Use the power of social media and share our mission with your friends. Prizes will be awarded for most money raised by a team and most money raised by an individual! Also, free entry into the 45th Annual 2019 Al Johnson if you raise $100 for an individual and $300 for a team. Bring your costumes, your family and your friends! Race starts at high noon at the base of the CBMR North Face lift.
